Here's What You Need To Know About The New Wegmans Coming To DC & Reston

Wegmans recently announced a new location is coming to Washington DC and there's a ton in store for area residents.

This will be the chain's first DC location and it comes on the heels of Wegmans' Alexandria location that opened earlier this month.

The new store will be located in Northwest DC at City Ridge and will open at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, July 13, the company said in a press release.

Meanwhile, Wegmans is looking to fill 150 full-time positions at their new Reston, Va. store, located at the intersection of Reston Parkway and Sunrise Valley Drive.

Part of the Halley Rise development, the store will be stocked with a Market Cafè, coffee shop and The Burger Bar, the release says. The store is also accessible via the Reston Town Center Metro station and has parking available onsite.

Positions range from management and customer service gigs to grocery and culinary roles. People interested in applying to either location can do so online.
